Key Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen the company brand across all platforms
* Manage and grow all social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
* Build and grow the personal LinkedIn brand of the company leadership team
* Create engaging, on-brand content using Canva
* Plan, schedule, and execute marketing campaigns
* Track performance analytics and drive continuous improvement
* Support wider marketing and business development initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in brand development
* Strong background in social media management, especially LinkedIn
* Demonstrable success in growing personal brands on social platforms
* Proficient in Canva and confident producing high-quality visual content
* Excellent copywriting, creativity, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table
