Highland Health and Social Care Services help people from all walks of life, as well as their families or carers. Health and Social Care in Highland provides help and assistance in many situations arising due to illness, disability, old age or poverty.
This post is responsible for providing essential activities, exercise, engagement, and cognitive stimulation for our residents.
As part of the care team, you will help with activities of daily living and support care staff to meet the needs of older people in a residential care setting, as required by legislation.
Applicants should have an interest in working with the older adult age group, be motivated to engage with residents in daily activities, and offer meaningful, individually planned activities that meet the needs of all residents.
Driving license is essential for this post.
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake relevant training.

NHS Scotland is reducing the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff.
