The Interim HRBP role is a three-month fixed-term contract within the healthcare industry covering Yorkshire and the North West.

A well respected business within the care sector UK wide.
Description
Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area.
Proven application of current Employment Law practices.
Demonstrable experience on supporting with complex ER issues.
Demonstrated the ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
An understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment.
Experience of delivering training and people related projects.
Competent working knowledge of all system based tools, including Microsoft OfficeProfile.
A successful Interim HRBP should have:
* Immediately available and can commit to a 3 month FTC.
* Proven experience in a similar HRBP or strategic HR role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in analysing HR data and implementing actionable insights.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
Salary up to £50k + car allowance.
3 month FTC.
