I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Building Services contractor based in Worcester, who are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in construction or technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation
* Support engineers and project managers with day-to-day admin tasks
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with procurement, scheduling, and compliance paperwork
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
* Contribute to health & safety and quality assurance processes
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within building services or construction)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with project documentation and terminology is a plus
