One of the UK's finest Facilities Maintenance companies are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their small team of engineers across 3 sites all in close proximity of one another with a once a month travel to a satellite site in London to complete monthly planned maintenance. Working on behalf of the leading lottery company in the UK, you'll be responsible for all reactive and pre-planned maintenance, minor installations and small project works assigned by the client.
* Maintain HVAC plant and equipment within the estate
* Reactive and pre-planned maintenance and any other tasks that may arise
* Prepare plans and specifications with cost estimates for current and future work; arrange existing and proposed workload
* Liaise with client and other departments regarding workload and any synergies which could affect efficiencies
* Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, components, testing equipment
* Sign off all completed service tickets on completion of works
* Perform physically demanding tasks, such as moving and lifting heavy objects
* Participate in an out of hours standby in accordance with the specified procedure
* Complete tasks in line with pre-set deadlines
