About KIVO
We’re building KIVO: a secondhand furniture marketplace that makes buying pre-loved feel as easy as buying new. Our mission is to end the era of fast furniture by making it easy to shop pre-loved. We’ve validated real demand, launched a sourcing concierge with 500+ waitlist signups, and built our AI-powered discovery experience. As we prepare to launch, we’re looking for a marketing co-founder to craft the brand at the heart of our vision and drive how the world meets KIVO.
The Role
We’re looking for a co-founder who can turn early traction into cultural pull. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market, from brand and storytelling to growth and partnerships. You’ll be in the trenches with us, crafting creative, testing channels, leading activations, and building brand equity from day one.
What you'll do
* Own and develop the full marketing strategy (brand, growth, content, PR, and partnerships)
* Build and run content, community, and partnership marketing
* Lead early performance marketing across paid and organic channels
* Define and evolve our brand voice, visual identity, and narrative
* Develop scrappy playbooks for both online and offline growth (TikTok to car boot sales)
* Set marketing KPIs and track channel-level performance
* Be a thought partner across product, design, and operations
* Collaborate to build and execute the vision for KIVO
What we're looking for
* Experience leading B2C marketing in consumer tech, foodtech, or culturally-led brands
* Experience launching early-stage brands or products - zero-to-one execution is in your DNA
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on builder mentality - you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
* Deep experience across brand, growth, partnerships, and performance marketing
* You’ve led GTM for new brands or categories
* Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and speed
* Familiar with founder equity dynamics and ready to take the plunge pre-funding
You’ll be joining two experienced founders with deep marketplace and product expertise. We’ve built and scaled VC-backed startups, shipped products to millions, and led teams across ops, tech, and design. You’ll have full ownership of marketing as a true co-founder, shaping the future of how secondhand furniture is discovered, bought, and sold in Europe.
