Automotive Trimmer - Luxury Vehicle Interiors
Location: Daventry • Pay: £30 per hour (Umbrella PAYE, Inside IR35) • Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shift with Overtime • Contract: Long-Term with potential for permanent opportunities
Responsibilities
* Precision fitting, modification and refitting of bespoke interior and exterior trim.
* Working with premium materials including leather, Alcantara, cloth and carbon fibre.
* Delivering flawless finishes on interiors, body panels and trims.
* Collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve build issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Automotive Trimmer, Vehicle Trimmer, Interior Fitter or Coachbuilder.
* Background in luxury, motorsport or classic car sectors is highly desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
What’s On Offer
* £30 per hour (Umbrella PAYE, inside IR35).
* Monday-Friday day shifts with weekday and Saturday overtime available.
* Long-term contract with potential to move into a permanent position.
* Please note, this role is deemed inside IR35. The Umbrella pay rate offered is inclusive of the Assignment pay rate, holiday pay and Apex Recruitment’s contribution towards Employer Costs.
