The post holder will play a key role in supporting Nursing Quality Improvement Projects throughout NHS Western Isles including Excellence in Care and the Health Care Staffing Programme. The post is based in Stornoway at the Western Isles Health Board and the post holder will be required to travel between sites; this may also involve significant travel. You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be supporting frontline teams. You will work with external stakeholders in Healthcare Improvement Scotland and senior management to maximise an integrated multidisciplinary approach to the Quality and Safety Agenda, using the Model of Improvement methodology.
