Overview
The Priory Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Technician to join our friendly and dynamic Central IT Team, supporting our family of Trust schools.
Under the direction of the Network Manager, you will:
Responsibilities
* Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices/software.
* Assist with network infrastructure and audio/visual.
* Resolve technical issues for students and staff.
* Be an excellent team player, highly motivated and a clear communicator.
Qualifications
* Have a passion for IT and customer service.
* Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware.
* Be able to deal with repairs and warranties.
* You’ll need a valid Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport.
* Have experience of a busy, customer focused IT environment.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent.
