They are now seeking a HR Assistant to join their organisation on an interim basis in their Nottingham offices.
Job Description
3. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
5. Support payroll processes by preparing and submitting necessary data.
6. Handle HR-related queries and provide timely responses to staff members.
7. Coordinate training and development programmes for employees.
8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
9. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
10. Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience as a HR Assistant.
12. Experience in a HR function for a NFP or Charity organisation would be desirable
13. CIPD qualification is desirable.
14. Experience with HRIS systems.
15. Familiarity with recruitment administration and processes.
16. Exposure to onboarding processes including right to work and DBS checking.
17. Can commute to Nottingham 3 times per week.
