As a Finance Consultant you will be assisting clients to purchase, expand or re-finance their business(es) by arranging commercial mortgages and at all times treating our customers fairly.
1. To maintain up to date market knowledge to enable the identification of appropriate solutions for customers.
2. To source and present facilities to clients.
3. To work to fulfill both the business's, and individual, business development plan.
4. To generate business from the database of registered business purchasers and existing operators.
5. To create close working relationships with colleagues to maximize referral opportunities and reciprocal business.
6. To maintain ongoing contact with prospective clients (both internal and external) to ensure the business is foremost in their minds for any business finance opportunity.
7. To prepare and submit quality applications for finance on behalf of clients.
8. To identify and develop relationships with active lending institutions.
9. To plan, manage, and execute several ongoing assignments at any one time while ensuring that tight deadlines are met.
