Sales Administrator

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Department: Commercial

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: London Heathrow, Greater London

Salary: 26 – 30k

Employment Type: Full time/ Hybrid working (3 days minimum in office based at London Heathrow)

*May require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on business needs.

Job opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Administrator to play a key administrative role in supporting the commercial team at DiamondAir.

This role involves supporting the maintaining customer databases and assisting with sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support:
* Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
* Process and manage sales contracts as required.
o Sales Support:
o Support business development efforts across the team with cold emails, calling and follow ups.
o Assist in the preparation of quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
o Working closely with sales and business development to track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective clients.
o Monitor the sales pipeline and track progress against sales targets.
o Coordinate with the sales team to manage and update the sales pipeline.
o Generate sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
o Marketing Support:
o Work collaboratively with the team to manage and develop CRM capabilities across the function.
o Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and prospect information, mailing lists, and campaign tracking data.
o Reporting:
o Support in the reporting of commercial activity across the team including performance metrics and KPIs.
o Provie data and reports for senior members of the team to provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy.

Qualifications:

o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Business related field preferred.
o Experience: 3 – 4 years previous experience in sales support and marketing administration is required for this position. Any experience in the travel industry would benefit your application.
o Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Experience with CRM systems preferably Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
