Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Data & AI Markets (Remote)
Location: Wimbledon (Southwest London)
Team: Harnham UK/US Division
Package: £35,000 - £60,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Remote Role: US hours 3 days per week (typically 10am–7pm)

The Role
You’ll take ownership of a 360 recruitment desk focused on the US Data & AI market, partnering with clients ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprise organisations.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Building and developing client relationships across the US
* Winning new business and growing existing accounts
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Headhunting high-calibre talent across Data Science, AI, Analytics, and Engineering
* Working closely with our US offices to maximise market opportunities
* Contributing to the continued growth of the UK/US function

* Proven experience in 360 recruitment
* Strong business development and client management skills
* Experience recruiting within technical, digital, or specialist markets is advantageous
* Commercially driven with a proactive mindset
* Strong communication and relationship-building ability
