About this RoleAs an Apprentice Administration Assistant, you’ll be the person keeping everything moving, literally. In this fixed-term contract, customer-focused apprentice role, you’ll coordinate the hire and movement of our environmental municipal equipment, making sure everything is delivered on time, in great condition, and with the right paperwork in place. Alongside this, you will also be enrolled onto an 18 month Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship course, allowing you to learn and gain real life work experience at the same time! Work closely with sales, fleet and service teams to get the right kit out to the right place. Coordinate deliveries and collections with internal drivers and third-party hauliers. Manage documentation and compliance, including insurance and purchase orders. Ensure customers have everything they need to keep things running smoothly. Help grow our business by spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. About YouYou’re organised, calm under pressure, and know your way around a hire contract. You enjoy dealing with people, solving problems, and getting things done. Strong admin and communication skills. GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 or above, as these are the minimum requirements to be enrolled onto the respective apprenticeship course Confident working with customers and internal teams. Ready to take ownership of paperwork, systems and scheduling. Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment.
