This is a pivotal role, shaping the future of the practice by:
✨ Leading bids and proposals from strategy through to delivery
✨ Driving new business opportunities and client relationships
✨ Collaborating with senior leadership to position them for success on high-profile projects
We’re looking for someone who brings:
🔹 A strong track record in business development, bids, or proposals (ideally in architecture, design, or construction)
🔹 Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills
