About the Role: Looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable receptionist to cover a temporary 2-week period. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing and data entry Support the wider team with general office tasks as needed Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude INDFS
