Cabin Comms, part of VIP Communications Group, provides secure, high-speed managed connectivity solutions for construction sites. We're expanding and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business with construction firms across the UK. You'll use your existing network of contacts within the sector to introduce our solutions, which include managed 5G internet, secure Wi-Fi, and content filtering for site cabins.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and booking meetings, through to presenting solutions and closing contracts. You'll work closely with our technical team to ensure smooth delivery for clients and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities within the construction sector.
* Leverage existing industry contacts to grow the customer base.
* Present and sell secure connectivity solutions to contractors, project managers, and site leaders.
* Manage the sales process from lead to contract.
* Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales (construction, telecoms, or IT sector preferred).
* Established network of contacts in construction (essential).
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in building client relationships.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
