Overview
We are looking for a talented Personal Brand Manager to produce engaging, social first video content for Bruce Durham’s personal channels.
You will manage the full process from concept and filming to editing and delivery, creating high quality videos that perform across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. You of course will have the support of the wider team in this, this isn't a standalone role!
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, film, and edit video content for social channels and brand storytelling.
* Capture a range of content including interviews, behind the scenes footage, and promotional campaigns.
* Edit with a strong focus on social first storytelling, pacing, and hooks that drive engagement on YouTube and other platforms with wider support from the team.
* Collaborate with the founder and creative team to develop ideas that align with brand and personal brand goals.
* Support basic channel management activities such as optimising titles, thumbnails, and performance tracking.
* Organise and maintain media assets and editing workflows for efficient turnaround.
* Travel across the UK and Europe for shoots and events as required.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in videography, editing, and social content production.
* Strong understanding of YouTube and short form video trends, retention tactics, and social storytelling techniques.
* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
* Confident directing on set and capturing both professional and spontaneous moments.
* Awareness of channel growth fundamentals such as titles, thumbnails, and engagement metrics (nice to have, not essential).
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
* Self motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced, creative environment.
