Shift Pattern: 12.15 hour Shifts (Days & Nights)
7:45am - 8pm
7:45pm - 8am
Pay Rates:£14 - £14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing emotional and social support
* Enhancing self-esteem and respect
* Promoting positive life choices and independence
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with external professionals
* Involvement with families
* Daily living support
* Domestic duties
Job Requirements:
* At least 6 months UK experience in a similar care/support role.
* Driver with access to own vehicle.
* The Right to work in the UK.
* A good command of spoken and written English.
* Must be 18 years or older
