Role and responsibilities
* Welcoming patients, dealing with face to face enquiries and on the telephone, making appointments and recording personnel details.
* You’ll also have the chance to learn all aspects of the team’s work, helping to create a smooth, high-quality service for patients, relatives, and clinical teams.
* Your day might include: Welcoming patients to clinic and supporting them with queries; Answering calls with empathy, accuracy and professionalism; Scheduling, changing, or cancelling appointments; Updating patient details and ensuring records are accurate; Working closely with clinical teams and other departments; Helping us meet Trust waiting-time and data-quality targets.
