Why Midnite?
Midnite is a next-generation betting platform that is built for today’s fandom. We are a collective of engineers and designers who all share a passion for sports and gaming. We exist to bring fans closer to the games they love through the excitement of betting on their favourites.
Unlike the alternatives, Midnite doesn't feel like a website built two decades ago. Instead, it's a cutting-edge creation, designed and constructed from the ground up with the latest technologies. Crafting an experience that's truly intuitive, immersive, and immediately understandable is no walk in the park, but we thrive on the challenge. We believe we're on the brink of creating something truly awesome.
What will you do?
As a Key Account Manager at Midnite, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and nurturing the relationships that drive our business forward. You’ll help take ownership of our Key Accounts, using personalised 1-on-1 engagement strategies to boost revenue and build deeper, more meaningful connections with our players, all while expertly navigating the complex regulatory landscape.
Beyond day-to-day interactions, you’ll lead the charge in creating and delivering events and hospitality programs that keep our players engaged and loyal. In this position, you’ll also be the guardian of our commitment to Safer Gambling and AML standards, ensuring that our processes are not only compliant but exemplary. Your strategic oversight will be essential in harmonising regulatory compliance with our commercial goals, driving initiatives that directly reduce player churn and enhance overall satisfaction.

* Proven experience in the iGaming industry, managing a portfolio of key accounts in a regulated environment.
* Familiarity with balancing regulatory risk with commercial outcomes in a high-stakes environment.
* Proven success in managing high-revenue players with annual revenues.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful player relationship management track record.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Safer Gambling and AML.
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and reduce customer churn.
* Experience in planning and executing player engagement events and hospitality programs.
