Bank PA / Carer / Support worker / Driver / Personal care - Newcastle
Hours: Bank hours/holiday support is required. Hours will be discussed prior to the interview. Weekdays, weekends and sleeping nights (on call) are required so flexibility is essential.

Pay Rate: £16.56 per hour
About Our Client
Our client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant in the Newcastle area on a bank basis to support him whilst he visits family (around 6 weekends per year) and when he goes on holiday abroad (around 28 days per year.)
He has a Spinal Cord Injury and will require support with all aspects of his life including personal care, clinical care, physiotherapy, general tasks around his home, so driving will be essential for this role.
Prior care experience is not required, all training will be provided but some experience is preferred.
About You
You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care therefore full training in his particular needs is provided.
You will need to be:
physically fit, calm, patient and caring
a confident driver and hold a full UK driving licence with own vehicle
fluent in the English language
reliable and trustworthy
a non-smoker
organised and able to work on your own initiative
