Main Duties * Prepare, process, monitor and manage client files in respect of mortgage applications. * Provide regular updates to clients and Advisers. * Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients in a professional and informative manner. * Assist in the production of illustrations and recommendation documents for client files. * Manage telephone, internet and written enquiries in a quick and effective manner. * Prepare social media and marketing posts and manage responses. * Undertake regular training and take responsibility for continuing professional development. * Adhere to industry regulation and legislation guidelines at all times as set down by the Financial Conduct Authority and any other regulatory bodies.
