About The Role
Salary ranges from 27,716.00, with up to £3,000pa bonus.
The role of a Legal Assistant is to collect and prepare evidence along with supporting documentation for claims brough by third parties. A Legal Assistant maintains communication between Wren and third parties and will be responsible for scheduling deadlines and calendars. A Legal Assistant will also ensure fair treatment of customers at all times.
This role involves a full analysis of the complaint to be able to provide feedback to stakeholders across the business in order to make key operational and strategic business decisions.

Main responsibilities:
1. Owning claims and preparing evidence with supporting documentation
2. Providing thorough, accurate timelines to enable you to review claims in detail with managers and come to appropriate resolutions to a claim
3. Work within timelines provided by Third Parties
4. Work within timelines provided by the ICO to produce Subject Access Requests
5. Implement and track changes to effectively reduce common issues
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
16. Previous complaints handling experience is required
17. Strong analytical skills, must be able to dig to core of problem
18. Organisation is key, must be able to work to strict deadlines without compromising integrity of information
19. Excellent oral and written communication skills
20. Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your own workload
21. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
22. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
23. Flexible with working hours & overtime, including weekends & evenings
24. Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
