Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Letting Agent to join our team.
The Role
This is a field-based role responsible for conducting routine, interim and end-of-tenancy property inspections across a managed residential portfolio. You will ensure properties remain compliant, well maintained and in line with company standards while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property inspections
* Assess property condition, cleanliness and safety standards
* Identify maintenance issues and tenancy breaches
* Escalate urgent repairs and health & safety concerns
* Produce detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence
* Liaise with tenants to arrange access
* Ensure compliance with housing legislation and internal procedures
* Maintain accurate records within CRM systems

Previous property or lettings experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
