About therole
Support the team, take charge ofthe day-to-day, and help hit those performancegoals while ensuring your team doesn't just meet expectations, butcrushes them. Own the operations, the atmosphere,and the guest experience, helping everything runsmoothly and creating a place where both guests and the team feelright at home.
What will you spend yourtimedoing?
- Supportlike a leader. Assist in takingownership of the restaurant — help drive performance, hit goals,and keep the vibealive.- Help build a dreamteam. Train, coach, and motivate yourcrew to not only meet standards but go beyondthem.- Hit thosetargets. Own your KPIs, support theteam, and make sure every shift delivers what'sexpected.- Keep everythingrunning smooth. Stay on top of theadmin — from rosters to stock, you help ensure thebehind-the-scenes work issolid.- Make every guestfeel special. Assist in turningfirst-timers into regulars with moments that keep them comingback.
