The ideal candidate will: ∙Maintain a high degree of personal standards and conduct. ∙Provide positive and professional role modelling to all other team members. ∙Actively promote the company and their Manufacture partners within the local community. ∙Ensure and maintain the security of all company property. ∙Ensure vehicles are spot checked each day ensuring standard of workmanship and meeting Manufacture QOS requirements ∙Ensure MOT records are accurately kept and MOT policies are adhered to. ∙Be aware and keep up to date with technical changes and specifications. ∙Ensure a safe working practice is adopted at all times. ∙Stimulate inter-department co-operation. ∙Monitor and control all warranty operations and submissions to ensure full and timely pay out and compliance with Audit requirements. ∙Ensure department’s cleanliness and presentation to a high standard. ∙Ensure fix right first time as measured by Manufacture partners and customer feedback/concerns ∙WIP should not have items outstanding over 30 days and any such items should be known, identified and dealt with ∙Hold daily / monthly staff meetings communicating all achievements or shortfalls. ∙Ensure all staff are aware of technical updates. ∙Explore and pursue all avenues to achieve consistent business growth. ∙Carry out staff appraisals in line with company procedure.
