The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Agent to join their busy existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills, this is the perfect temp‑to‑perm role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* B2B sales
* Generating sales over the phone
* Closing sales deals
* Maintaining excellent customer relationships
* Working to daily call targets and conversions each day
* £12.71 an hour, plus bonus. Monday to Thursday 9am‑4.30pm and Friday 9am‑2.30pm.
* Ongoing temp contract – great opportunity for the role to be extended
* Start date Wednesday 25th March 2026
The Individual
* Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential
* Highly enthusiastic and resilient people to generate sales
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident people that enjoy talking to people
* Attention to detail
* Results‑oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Money motivated
* Outstanding negotiation and fact‑finding skills
* Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Proficient in using CRM software
