What you will do
* Recruit and assess potential foster carers, ensuring they are well‑equipped to support children and young people.
* Provide training and ongoing support to foster carers, enhancing their ability to provide stable and nurturing environments.
* Collaborate with different hubs to meet the diverse needs of the Fostering Service.
* Support families with Special Guardianship Orders and assist Supported Lodgings Hosts.
* Oversee the welfare and development of children within the fostering system, aiming for positive and safe outcomes.
