What You'll Be Doing:
As an HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. You'll work closely with the HR Manager, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience from start to finish.
* Handling employee queries and offering first-line HR support
* Assisting with recruitment: job adverts, interview scheduling, candidate communication
* Supporting onboarding, contracts, and right-to-work checks
* Maintaining accurate HR records and helping to update internal systems
* Assisting with payroll inputs, absence management, and benefits admin
* Getting involved in employee engagement initiatives and training events
Who We're Looking For:
* Passionate about a long-term career in HR
* Excellent attention to detail and a people-first attitude
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Familiarity with HR systems or Microsoft Office
