Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Endoscopy Booking Administrator. The Booking Administrator works with the team to contact patients to book their procedures and manage waiting lists to ensure patients are booked within local and national targets. Endoscopy is a busy and fast-moving service with many patients visiting daily. You will deliver and maintain an administrative service within the Endoscopy Department for patients, relatives and colleagues. You will be responsible for bookings of both diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures, ensuring timely bookings to meet national and local targets (including the cancer pathway) and for sending pre-procedure preparation to a select cohort of patients. You will cancel and amend Endoscopy Lists as directed by the Endoscopy Coordinator and assist the Coordinator with clinic capacity demands.

As per Home Office guidelines, the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this position. Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full-time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. If you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer a full-time permanent contract unless you meet one of the following conditions:
* applied for a Graduate visa
* you have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment
* the Trust has agreed to sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
