Duties
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
* Provide information about our products and services, guiding customers through their options.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Process orders and document interactions in accordance with company policies.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within small teams or companies
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients.
* Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions efficiently.
* Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
