Cosmetic Physician Partners Europe (CPPE) is a physician-led network of leading medical aesthetic clinics across the UK and Europe. Building on the success of Cosmetic Physician Partners in the US, we bring together some of the most respected operators in the industry. We partner with world renowned clinic founders and industry experts to help them grow their practices, enhance client experiences, and stay at the forefront of innovation. Along with our physician partners and shareholders, we are committed to a long-term vision that focuses on better partnerships, better support, and a culture that lasts.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to join our Business Operations team. This is a build-and-lead role: you will establish and grow CPPE’s marketing function, set the vision for how our decentralised clinic brands market themselves, and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
Unlike traditional large-budget roles, this position requires the ability to manage lean, high-ROI budgets across multiple independent clinic brands, ensuring that each brand has the right tailored marketing approach to drive growth. You will work closely with corporate and clinic leadership as the voice of marketing in commercial conversations, shaping strategy and execution alike.
This is a role for a builder: someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and wants to shape the marketing vision for a growing European healthcare group.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, lead, and manage CPPE’s Marketing team, recruiting and developing high-performing talent.
* Oversee marketing across a multi-brand, multi-market clinic portfolio, balancing consistency of brand standards with local clinic identities.
* Develop insights into the end-to-end customer journey, from awareness to consultation to retention, and use these insights to improve conversion, loyalty, and lifetime value.
* Conduct regular audits of clinic marketing activities, identifying gaps, opportunities, and best practices to be rolled out across the network.
* Roll up your sleeves and directly execute marketing campaigns where needed, particularly in the early stages of building the team.
* Use data-driven insights and sales funnel analytics to optimise spend, dialling channels up or down based on measurable performance.
* Act as a trusted partner to both corporate leadership and local clinic leaders, ensuring marketing has a clear voice in broader commercial strategy and decision-making.
* Design playbooks, processes, and performance measurement systems to drive consistency and accountability across the network.
* Select, brief, and manage external agencies and freelancers to scale capacity cost-effectively across different markets.
* Drive experimentation across channels - digital, partnerships, events, local PR - to identify scalable growth levers for CPPE’s diverse clinic brands.
Essential Experience Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and multi-channel campaigns.
* Experience in multi-site, consumer-facing industries such as healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver impact in lean-budget environments where efficiency and creativity matter more than scale.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, with a track record of using sales funnel metrics to drive marketing performance.
* Proven ability to build, mentor, and manage marketing teams, while also being comfortable executing directly.
* Agency experience, with either proven success managing agencies and freelancers as a client, or prior experience working within an agency environment.
* Experience working across multiple European markets and managing both employees and external partners.
* Experience auditing marketing practices and implementing turnaround or improvement strategies.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
* Fluency in one or more additional languages relevant to our markets.
* Experience managing marketing across multiple brands and regions, balancing central consistency with local tailoring.
