Executive Assistant to Chief Technology Officer & Chief Transformation Officer Location: Wood Street, London(Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office) Rate: £350–£400 per day Contract: 3-month contract with potential to become permanent Working hours: Flexible core hours (8:30am–5:30pm, either 9:30am–5:30pm, or 8:30am–4:30pm) Morson Edge is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). This is a fantastic opportunity to work at executive level within a large, complex organisation, playing a key role in ensuring senior leadership operate effectively and efficiently. This position offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week based at the organisation's Wood Street office. The Role As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, proactive support to two senior executives. You will be trusted to manage priorities, maintain schedules, and ensure leadership teams remain aligned and on track. Key responsibilities include: Full and complex diary management for both executives Scheduling meetings, coordinating room bookings, and managing logistics with internal and external stakeholders Monitoring email inboxes, prioritising correspondence, and flagging key communications Ensuring executives remain on track with schedules, commitments, and key deadlines Providing reminders and administrative support relating to financial approvals and key deliverables Supporting meetings through note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups where required Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation Providing general executive-level administrative support There may be occasional travel, primarily to Chesterfield. About You We are looking for a confident, proactive, and resilient Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have: Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior directors within a large organisation Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities The ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands Confidence to work independently and take initiative High attention to detail and strong administrative capability Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to adapt quickly and manage ambiguity You will be comfortable stepping into a busy environment and quickly establishing yourself as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
