As a Property Maintenance Assistant, you will support skilled trades colleagues in delivering high-quality property maintenance services across our homes and estates. Working across a range of maintenance workstreams, youll help ensure repairs are completed right first time, homes are kept safe, and residents receive an excellent, customer-focused service. This role comes with a company van and fuel card, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in property maintenance. Key Duties Support skilled tradespeople with property maintenance and repair works across multiple workstreams, including brickwork, fencing, roofing and general repairs Prepare, maintain and clean work sites, including digging and back-filling trenches and ensuring sites are left safe and tidy Carry out work safely at height and in line with all health and safety requirements, using tools and equipment correctly Deliver a customer-focused service by respecting residents homes, privacy and wellbeing at all times Assist with stock, materials and vehicle checks, reporting defects, damage or incidents in line with procedures Why Join?
