Duties
* Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
* Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Support financial operations by entering data into QuickBooks and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
* Organise meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing necessary materials
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
