Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and sales-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our luxury clients retail team, specialising in Ready-to-Wear and Couture services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing VICs, consistently exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth within a luxury environment.
You will be responsible for delivering a personalised and elevated client experience, maximising revenue opportunities, and representing the brand with the highest standards of professionalism, service, and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Clientelling
* Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional product knowledge and sales techniques across Ready-to-Wear and MTW categories.
* Deliver a luxury, personalised shopping experience, offering bespoke styling advice and tailored solutions based on client needs and preferences.
* Manage the full sales journey for both existing and new clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience.
* Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities through product launches, and exclusive events.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and seasonal collections to provide informed and elevated styling recommendations.
VIC Relationship Management
* Manage and grow a portfolio of VIC clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top clients through regular follow-up and personalised communication.
* Create and utilise CRM tools and clientelling strategies to track purchase history, preferences, and key dates in order to anticipate client needs and enhance engagement.
* Organise and participate in exclusive client events, fittings, and trunk shows to strengthen relationships and drive high-value sales.
* Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
o Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
o Consistently achieve individual and store KPIs while setting a high standard within the team.
o Support business development initiatives by identifying and nurturing new VIC opportunities through exceptional service and relationship management.
o Mentor and support junior team members in achieving their sales and clienteling goals.
Store Operations & Team Collaboration
o Work closely with store management to ensure sales strategies align with business objectives and brand standards.
o Support visual merchandising and maintain the overall store presentation in line with the luxury positioning of the brand.
o Collaborate with inventory and stock teams to ensure product availability and access to new collections.
o Provide leadership during peak trading periods, supporting client flow management and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Requirements
o 3+ years’ experience in luxury retail, with a strong focus on VIC management and achieving sales targets.
o Extensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order services, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to high-net-worth clients.
o Proven success in exceeding both individual and store-wide sales targets within a luxury retail environment.
o Exceptional clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients.
o Strong understanding of luxury fashion, craftsmanship, tailoring, and current market trends.
o Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven.
o Professional, polished, and confident in delivering a world-class luxury customer experience.
o Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods as required.
