Our Melrose showroom is at the heart of our brand experience – a place where customers can explore, browse, and fall in love with our knitwear. We're looking for a friendly, bubbly Customer Services Assistant to be the first face and voice our customers meet.
This is a role for someone who thrives on people interaction, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in being accurate and organised. If you come from a retail or hospitality background, this could be a wonderful next step.
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting customers and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
* Managing telephone reception and our main sales email inbox with warmth and efficiency.
* Supporting customers in our showroom as they browse and purchase – like a "mini shop" experience.
* Processing sales transactions (cash and card) accurately and securely, and supporting our stock controls
* Keeping the showroom looking its best, supporting customer appointments and tours.
* Providing admin support to our Sales & Marketing and HR teams.
About you:
* Naturally bubbly, approachable, and customer-focused.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or another people-centred role.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Confident using IT (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
* Reliable, flexible, and happy to juggle different tasks throughout the day.
