As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Hours: 12hrs p/w; Sun 11:00 - 15:00; Wed 14:00 - 18:00; Sat 13:00 - 17:00
No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service - deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and assisting with purchases at the till.
* Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting advice on size and best-suited styles for customers.
* Visual Merchandising - own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and what they didn’t know they needed.
* Store Standards - maintain store standards (front and back), manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.

* Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience.
* Desire to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge through available programmes.
* Ability to build valued relationships with teammates and customers.
* Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive environment.
* Thrives in a busy environment and can switch between tasks effectively.
