* Salary: £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission – OTE 55-70k+
* Option for company car
* 5-day week - 44 hours – 2 weekends off per month

Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced business who are always one step ahead in the motor retailing industry. Their USPs are technology and their unique guest experience, which combined with their values-led approach make them a growing force in retail automotive.
Their premium dealership in Perth is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be selling a variety of new and used cars from a premium/luxury brand.
What you will do:
* Deliver a first-class customer experience.
* Build lasting relationships with your customers through your energetic and outgoing personality. You won’t just be doing this in person but also over the phone.
* Provide full and thorough service to our client's customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car that meets all of their needs.
* Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential.
* Work well in a team environment, we rely on one another to perform to ensure we deliver the best customer experience.
* Having excellent attention to detail, with good and robust financial services regulations and big transaction balances, it’s important that an applicant can get the details right. Again, we can support and offer training to help you sharpen up the detailed aspect of the role.
Essential Skills:
* Car sales experience is essential.
* Proven ability to deliver consistently high level of customer service.
* Fantastic communication skills and a natural ability to build a conversation.
* High level of drive and passion to be successful.
* Willing to learn and challenge yourself.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn.
* Organized and a high level of resilience.
* Full and valid UK driving license.
