About the Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and forward-thinking educational setting in New Milton.
The school is highly regarded for its supportive staff, calm environment and dedication to giving every young person the chance to succeed through personalised learning and positive relationships.
You will be working with secondary-aged learners, helping them re-engage with education and develop the confidence they need to progress.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is patient, encouraging and passionate about supporting young people.
Essential criteria include:
* A minimum of six months’ childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN needs
* A calm, consistent and resilient approach to behaviour and learning
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* A full driving licence, as the school is not easily accessible by public transport
* Availability to work full-time with an immediate start

Working Hours
Your working day will run from 8.30am to 4pm, supporting students in the classroom, assisting with personalised learning activities, promoting positive behaviour and helping learners access a broad, engaging curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
