As Learning and Development Manager, you'll lead the delivery of training initiatives and development programmes that grow capability and support personnel across the tri-service recruitment landscape. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, conduct gap analyses, and develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports. Your expertise will shape the design and delivery of blended learning solutions-ranging from classroom sessions to digital content-ensuring alignment with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) standards.
