About the Role
As an Administration Officer in our traded team, you will play a vital role in supporting school governing boards. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing effective administrative support to the Development & Delivery Officers, in the day-to-day operational management and promotion of the Governor Services traded services.
2. Delivering exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner, ensuring appropriate advice and guidance is provided to a variety of professionals and educationalists in adherence with WCC policies and guidance.
3. Supporting the Cost Centre Manager with daily financial administration.
4. Ensuring the Governance Database is maintained and updated to comply with statutory requirements.
5. Managing information confidentially and effectively in accordance with statutory requirements.
You will be employed by Warwickshire County Council based at Shire Hall in Warwick with one day in the office scheduled with the opportunity to work from home or within the office for the remaining days.
Working hours: 30 hrs per week, term time only with agile and flexible working options generally worked between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
All new team members receive induction training, with ongoing support and development opportunities provided by our dedicated Governor Services Team.
