We have a great opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our distribution and logistics team at our Kent Frozen Foods Depot in Aylesford, Kent. Working as part of the Transport department's training team, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders in a diverse role. Your responsibilities will include classroom training for drivers, on-road assessments, and hands-on training. You will be part of a small team dedicated to keeping our network operational and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Having a ROSPA qualification is essential, and an AET qualification is desirable. You should have recent HGV driving experience, preferably with multi-drop routes. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be personable, and computer literate. Flexibility to cover all shifts as needed is important.
