Role Requirements
* Proven experience as a Working Foreman on high-end residential projects
* Strong carpentry background, with hands-on capability
* Extensive experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
* Ability to manage and motivate trades on site
* Ensure quality, programme, and health & safety standards are maintained
* Liaise effectively with site management and subcontractors
