Quantity Surveyor to work on a £250m Construction Management project including residential units, bars, restaurants and sports facilities.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and have an annual turnover of £1billion.
This role is part of a new division and you will be joining at an excellent time as have immense opportunity to have influence and grow your role as the division does.
You will initially be working as part of a larger commercial team on a £250m mixed use project, responsible for tender of packages through to final accounting, managing multiple major packages and supporting the team, reporting to the on site Senior Commercial Manager Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: This role is suitable for someone who has had experience with another main contractor working on major projects or leading their own jobs.
Experience managing a range of packages and who is a team player.
