IMPORTANT – Music Background Required
You MUST:
Be a musician, producer, engineer, OR
Have worked in the music industry
Understand the mindset of independent artists
Be able to speak music fluently (DAWs, mixing, releasing, Spotify, etc.)
If you've never been inside a studio or worked with artists, this is not for you.
Your Role
You will:
DM and message new leads within 5–10 minutes
Start real conversations (not robotic scripts)
Qualify artists for seriousness + investment level
Book them into:
Free live trainings
1:1 strategy calls
Confirm attendance
Reduce no-shows
Follow up consistently
You'll need to:
Understand creative resistance
Handle "I'm broke but passionate"
Separate hobbyists from committed artists
Compensation
$9–$10/hr depending on experience
$10 bonus per free training show-up
$25 per qualified strategy call show-up
$100 per closed high-ticket client
High performers will earn significantly more.
What We're Looking For
You MUST:
Have appointment setting or sales experience
Have music industry experience
Speak strong conversational English
Be comfortable qualifying for budget
Be organized inside CRM systems (we use GoHighLevel)
Be proactive and fast

Have sold coaching before
Have worked with creatives
Have high-ticket setting experience

You don't understand musicians
You avoid asking about money
You're uncomfortable following up
You need micromanagement
Expectations
10–20 hours per week to start
Available during U.S. hours (Pacific time)
Daily reporting on:
Leads contacted
Appointments set
Show-ups
No-shows
