Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a supervisor and help drive change across our friendly and hardworking department.
Working within the Catering Team, you will have access to best-in-class training to develop your skillset and implement improvements that enhance patient experiences. You will inspire staff to excel and contribute to driving efficiencies across the Trust within Catering Services, ensuring the best patient experience at all times.
Main Duties of the Job
1. Organise and supervise the Patient Services Assistants daily.
2. Ensure the provision of an efficient, quality service meeting patients' dietary needs.
3. Ensure catering staff comply with the uniform policy and provide courteous service.
4. Ensure all duties are carried out following Health and Safety procedures.

* Level 2 Food Safety NVQ or equivalent
