Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in Electrical Engineering.
* Develop course materials and lesson plans that meet awarding body and college standards.
* Ability to switch seamlessly between workshop demonstrations and classroom lectures.
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
* Industry experience within the electrical or engineering sector.
