Job Description

In this role, you will support the Fixed Assets Team in delivering high-quality finance services. You will ensure the Fixed Assets and Leases transactions are supported and updated in a timely manner, to facilitate the processing of the fixed asset information requests to ensure consistent processing and promoting consistent best practice accounting application across the group. This is a fixed term role until July 2026.

In addition to the above you will:

* Record and control financial activities related to fixed assets.
* Collect and compile all relevant documents required for asset setup.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information in JDE.
* Monitor and respond to internal queries and shared inbox accurately and in a timeless manner.

We’re looking for someone with:

* Accounting knowledge gained through a formal qualification or experience.
* A minimum of 1 year’s commercial experience.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Developed communication and relationship management abilities.
* JD Edwards (or other large ERP) knowledge will be a bonus.
